Cancellation Policy & Hotel Rules

  • Refund Policy
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Cancellation Before 48 Hours
    50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation Between 48 Hours and 24 Hours
    25% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Check-in
    No refund will be provided.
  • No Show
    No refund will be provided.

  • Booking Confirmation
    Booking confirmation will be sent via Email or WhatsApp after successful payment.
  • Guest Eligibility
    The primary guest must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
  • Room Availability
    All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation.

  • Standard Timings
    Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards | Check-Out: 12:00 PM.
  • Early Check-In
    Available only upon request and subject to room availability.
  • Late Check-Out
    May incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

  • Accepted Payment Methods
    Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and Bank Transfer.
  • Currency
    All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Smoking
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
  • Noise Policy
    Guests are requested to maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Damages
    Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
  • Visitor Policy
    Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the management.
